Bishop George Browning has been appointed to an "Intentional
Interregnum" in our Parish and is now acting as "locum tenens".
Bishop George is very happy to visit anyone at their home on request.
Either ring him direct at 02 4472 7470 or ring Pauline in the office who will make
arrangements for you.
In addition, he intends to be in the office from 2.00.pm – 5.00.pm on Fridays
please ring and make an appointment.

3 An Audio Loop has been installed in St John's Church for the benefit of those
who are hearing-impaired. Special labels show which pews are within the loop.
RECTORY RESTORATION
St John's Rectory is in need of major restoration, including roof replacement. The work has to be in accordance with Heritage standards. Tenders are being called and an appeal has been opened to assist with financing this project.
A St John's Restoration Fund has been established under the aegis of the
National Trust. Donations of over $2 to the fund will be tax-deductable
The official launch was held on Friday 23rd July at 5.30 pm
in the Monarch Hotel, Vulcan Street, Moruya

The Parish has been presented with a silver trowel which was used for the laying of the
foundation stone of St John's Church, Moruya on 28th October 1890. A photograph of the
trowel can be seen in Parish Photos
